1. Let humanity accept these words of God with joyfulness and gladness of heart.

2. The sermons and teachings, including all these various teachings, corrections, messages and warnings from God, in this DivineBase Ministry, the DivineBase City, are compulsory all over the world, as instructed and ordered by God Almighty, Yahweh, the Lord of the Hosts, the creator of the heavens and the earth.

3. Therefore, any person or group, speaking or teaching the word of God, shall follow the processes and procedures, the rules and regulations, in this Yahweh’s Book Of Life, as stated for sermon, teaching, prayers and worship, and Gospel of Truth and Salvation,

4. Let no person, group, religions, churches, ministries and fellowships, rise to teach his or their own opinions, topics or collective decisions, except such a teaching is approved by the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven or by the head of this DivineBase Ministry, who is Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ in His second coming in the midst of humanity.

5. The Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven are exclusively in-charge of the words, gospel and teachings in this Yahweh’s Book Of Life.

6. Now is the time of perfection prophesied about, since the beginning of the world, and it is not a time when humanity shall add their own teachings or doctrines without getting permission from the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven .

7. This is because when the Twelve Apostles completed their works here on earth and departed to heaven, many various individuals, peoples, groups, religions, churches, ministries and fellowships, organizations, and governments and leaderships, started to corrupt with the gospel teachings and records. They were changing, removing, twisting, hiding, adding to and subtracting from the Holy Scriptures. They were doing so, without permission, without observing all the necessary rites of holiness, without consulting God, and without approval from God Almighty, even so without fear, without restraint, without remorse and without repentance. They had no fear, and were busy corrupting the records of the words of God.

8. Each person or group was copying and publishing select portions, which he or they wanted.

9. That was why there are many versions of the bible, each different from another. This bad development has created confusions, contradictions, omissions, gaps, as well as incomplete and inaccurate writings, including folktales, lies and fabrications.

10. Every sermon or teaching of the word of God, by any person or group, shall always start from the beginning of the book, chapter or topic, to the end. This is because every book, every chapter and every topic is one, and it is not divided into separate statements. The paragraphs and clues therein, are just to help and guide the readers and users of this Yahweh’s Book Of Life.

11. The reading, teachings and explanations shall be in sequence, one word or statement after another.

12. The duty of the person or group teaching, either by sermon or by speech, is to read and explain the words of God, and not to start adding his or their own personal opinions, collective decisions or other teachings. They are not allowed to add extra lengthy personal teachings or group doctrines.

13. They shall always start from the beginning to read, and not to jump to any portion, statement or word they want. On many occasions, when a statement only is taken from a book or chapter, people begin to misunderstand what is written in the scriptures.

14. If the available time is not enough to complete a book, chapter or topic, the teaching can continue on another day or time.

15. The above directives are compulsory for sermons, teachings and speeches.

16. People are free to quote a paragraph, statement or word from this Yahweh’s Book Of Life in their ordinary teachings or speeches.

17. The time of the gentiles has gone. The time when Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven gave humanity the chance to do what they wanted the way they wanted, and all the various efforts of humanity have created confusions, disorganizations and crisis, even deceptions, lies and fabrications.

18. There shall be no more mercy for all those who relate to God with hypocrisy.

19. This Yahweh’s Book Of Life is at the center, and all the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven surround it.

20. It is only those people approved by the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven that shall touch the holy book, this Yahweh’s Book Of Life.

21. The children of God shall reject all the people rejected by the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, because the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven have already removed such people in spirit.

22. Even so it is, and these directives are steadfast.

23. This is because, son of man, if this were not done, the enemies shall come in again, in secret. They shall pretend to be among the congregation, but they are false, hypocrites and enemies of truth. By so doing, they shall confuse the children of God, and disorganize all things. And Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, and children of God, shall start again from the beginning. This is not true and it is not allowed.

24. The spiritual level and vibration of this DivineBase Ministry has gone very high, far greater than what they were at the beginning of this DivineBase Ministry, when the DivineBase Ministry was newly started.

25. This Yahweh’s Book Of Life was published all over the world, on the Internet, in the year 2012.

26. Son of man, you DivineBase congregation hear of New Jerusalem, the city of the rising sun. And as Apostle John De Light has explained to you congregation, it is this DivineBase Ministry, the DivineBase City, that is the New Jerusalem.

27. Son of man, it was the same year that DivineBase Ministry published this Yahweh’s Book Of Life here on earth that the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven also published it in heaven.

28. Therefore, the whole world have to give the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven the chance to come in and do work.

29. We are not talking about this DivineBase Ministry, because this DivineBase Ministry has already given us the chance and approval to come in and do work, to do the will of God, in all areas of life, and in every part of the world.

30. Therefore, we are now speaking to all the world, humanity, the teeming world populations of humanity, including all governments and leaderships, even schools, hospitals, banks, offices, workplaces, and all others.

31. And every work, group, profession, workers, employees, employers, etc, shall first come to this DivineBase Ministry, to learn the teachings and demonstrations of the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, here in this DivineBase Ministry, before they shall start or continue to do their works or render services. This is compulsory. We want them to give us the chance and support. Ourselves shall lead, and they shall follow. Whatever God has established in heaven, ourselves the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, shall come into the world and establish the same. And it shall spread to all the ends of the earth,

32. The will of God shall be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

33. This is because the Lord of the earth has come in, arrived. He has the key to all things.

34. Shall he be rejected or welcomed?

35. Humanity have to accept what He says, because it is the Master that has solutions to all problems. The landlord has come in, and He has demanded for the keys to the compound and house.

36. Shall the tenants refuse?

37. No.

38. Do they have any options or objections?

39. No.

40. Do they have any arguments to make concerning this?

41. No, they have none.

42. Even so it is. Yourself, the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ in His second coming, as The Man Who Saw God Face To Face, Before More Than Forty (40) Times, Later More Than Seventy (70) Times And Now More Than Hundred (100) Times, Raphael Okechukwu Nweze, has come in, and ourselves, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, have arrived to gather all things in one place, here in this DivineBase Ministry, the DivineBase City. One place. One place. It is time for one church and one God, one flock and one shepherd, one ministry and one name, the same method of worship, all over the world.

43. The same fact is written in The Book Of Revelation. But, humanity do not use their spiritual eye and understanding in searching out the various meanings and things in the holy scriptures.

44. If they find out the various things in the scriptures they have to ask, where is that place?

45. Where is the city of the rising sun?

46. People are busy moving up and down, in various man-made religions, churches, ministries and fellowships, moving to the mountains, and down to the valleys, searching for the holy city.

47. And there is no one person humanity call pastor, reverend father, minister of God, all over the world, that is prepared, knowledgeable enough , to tell humanity the place called New Jerusalem, the city of the rising sun.

48. They cannot say that this or that place is, because the Holy Spirit is not in them. Even the religious leaders and ministers of God do not know. We have hidden this DivineBase, from them. If all the people using powers of darkness were to discover this place, they will cover it up with baskets – with various powers of darkness – out of wickedness and jealousy.

49. Son of man, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven are leading the way. Let all the world, humanity, clear from the road. Let them stand by the side, Ourselves, the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven, shall lead. And all the people, whoever that so desires shall follow the line, follow and obey us.

50. Son of man, they shall not be able to prevent us. They may seem to hinder the way, physically. But spiritually, we are moving with caterpillar and bulldozer, machine guns, using various things and making way.

51. Whoever that thinks that he is very strong, let him block the way. We shall level him down, even so mercilessly.
